How long have you been in business?
Witaya has been going for over 20 years . Our CEO started
selling his handmade trinkets when he was 16 years old and eventually opened
shops.
Where is Witaya located?
We are located in Bangkok in the Kingdom of Thailand.
Do you have any shops in Thailand?
Yes we have shops and you can get maps and location information here.
Do you have shops in Europe or the USA?
No not yet! But we exhibit at many trade and consumer shows in Europe frequently during the year.
Do you have stock in Europe?
Yes we keep some stock in London and in Paris and we sometimes can ship from those
locations making it more convenient for our customers.
Where is the jewelry made?
All of our jewelry is made in Thailand, some in our workshops in Bangkok and some in villages throughout the country depending on the design and the specialty of our artisans. All of our artisans are very experienced and are well versed in our rigid quality control requirements.
What kind of materials do you use?
We us first quality materials sourced from all over the world, depending on availability. We pride ourselves in the variety of colors that we offer for most items.
What kind of Quality Control do you insist on?
Ourproduction manager, who has been with us since the beginning, verifies and checks every sungle item before it is shipped. As most jewelry is made in parts and assembled in our Bangkok workshop under her control that ensures that our QC standards are rigidly maintained.
Where is your jewelry sold?
We make most of our designs for large retailers, department stores and shops to be eventually sold under their label. Their designs are always reserved. We also sell direct to consumers from our own shops and websites.
How is your jewelry priced?
We price our jewelry very low as it comes direct from our workshops to the end user. There are no "middle men". Remember you are also paying for exceptional quality and not one single finished piece we sell is mass produced!
